How to arrive your factory?

Welcome to visit our factory. You can choose one of the following ways to arrive at our factory.
Line 1. Choose to get to Jinjiang Airport. It takes about 40mins from airport to our factory by car.
Line 2. Choose to get to Xiamen Airport. It takes 1 hour around from airport to our factory by car.
Line 3. Choose to get to Quanzhou Railway Station. It takes about 30mins from the railway station to our factory by car.

We are professional manufacturer and exporter of lathe machines, the max. turning diameter is from 320mm, 600mm to 1.2m,1.25m,1.6m,1.8m,2m, 2.8m,3.5m,4m,5m,6.3m,8m etc. We can make design according to customers' drawings. Our lathe machine is equipped with SIEMENS or FANUC,etc. We also make horizontal boring and milling machine, universal milling machine etc.

Which payment terms can you do?
Answer：
We can work on T/T term, L/C term and T/T & L/C term:
Generally we prefer T/T term as it is easier for both of us : 30% T/T as deposit the balance should be paid before shipping.
L/C term: 100% by irrevocable L/C at sight without “soft clauses”
T/T & L/C term: 30% T/T as deposit, the balance 100% by irrevocable L/C at sight without “soft clauses”.

How long will your offer be valid?
Answer：
We are a manufacturer, never greedy on windfall profit. Basically, our price remains stable through a year; we only adjust our price when the international currency exchange rate changed or the labor & raw material cost changed.

What is delivery time ?
Answer：
Generally it will take about 1-3 months to produce the ordered machines.
The exact time will be consulted according to orders and other conditions.
Most of the time, we can have an immediate delivery of our regular machines in 30 days.

Where is the port of loading?
Answer：
Generally the port of loading is XIAMEN PORT, FUJIAN, CHINA; It can also be the main port of CHINA MAINLAND .

Can we print other logo on the machine and the lathe color can be customized?
Answer：
Yes, we can print customer’s logo on machine if required.
If customers have requirements about lathe color, we will paint the required color accordingly.

Where can I see the video or worksite about machine working?
Answer：
We have videos on our website. Welcome to visit our factory if you are on your business trip of China, and we can take you to visit our customer’s worksite.

Do you offer warranty on your equipment?
Answer：
Yes, we provide a free warranty of one year for lathe.
When machine is put into operation correctly,it begins to one-year warranty period for the whole lathe, the warranty period will be calculated from the date of signing the final acceptance report of lathe machine.

Do you stock and supply spare parts?
Answer：
Yes, all the spare parts of any equipment in our range are available in stock, and we supply it throughout the period of use.
Question：
Do you offer training for machine operators of customers ?
Answer：
Yes, we provide on-site training free for users.
Question：
How about the reliability/efficiency of lathe machine?
Answer：
We will supply the maintenance/operation manual, which will introduce the details of maintenance items and schedule, and how to do it.
We will also supply one set of the spare parts for one year standby use, which will be shipped out together with the machine.
Question：
How about the installation and commissioning on new purchases?
Answer：
We will send our technicians to your place to guide the installation, commissioning and training your operator. You should pay for board(meals), lodging expenses and a daily allowance of USD$50 per person per day for our service engineer ; prepare the tools (crane, welding machine and electric wrench), the power for testing work; do the foundation work before our technicians arrive at your work site.

What should I do if I experience a problem on our equipment?
Answer：
You could email us the photos to show what happens or call us, then we will feedback you immediately. On-site technician service is also available if required.
Question：
If it is not available to get the visa to our country for installation, how do you solve it ?
Answer：
For some counties whose visas are difficult to obtain, you can also send your technicians to our company to receive free guidance and training.
Question：
How many days does it take about installation of a lathe machine?
Answer：
Normally it takes 5-7 days. Different models will cost a bit different time. You have to finish the foundation before we dispatch our engineer to your country.
Question：
If the warranty is expired, will you continue to provide us with after-sales service?
Answer：
Customers whose products have passed its warranty date are entitled to enjoy our after-sales service too.
