CK5112G / CK5116G / CK5116D / CK5120D Single Column CNC Vertical Lathe Series

● This lathe series is CNC vertical lathe, it has outstanding advantages of high accuracy, high stability and high rigidity. It can be equipped with tools of cemented carbide and high speed steel and applies to turning ferrous metal parts, non-ferrous metal parts, and some parts of non-metallic material. It is suitable for rough machining and finish machining of various complex rotary surface. Besides, it can also be used for grooving, boring and threading etc.

● The lathe is single column type. The rolling guide rail is adopted to the worktable, the feed system is driven by AC servo motor and ball screws, which has high precision of running.

● It takes Siemens or Fanuc system for CNC system, it is easy to operate and program. The system has the functions of linear interpolation, arc interpolation, tool compensation, clearance compensation, automatic diagnosis function, program storage and graphic contour programming (The basic contour diagram can quickly and easily set up parts program), process circulation with graphic (blank processing of arbitrary contour), etc. The control system has advantages of high accuracy and high reliability.

● The structure of the vertical ram is T-type ram with electric tool turret of four tool stations.
