● This lathe series is equipped with cemented carbide tools and ceramic tools. It can complete the rough turning and finish turning of inside and outside cylindrical surface, inside and outside cone surface, end face and rotary surface of ferrous metal parts and some nonmetallic parts, as well as grooving and boring.
● The machine is driven mainly by a DC motor, it achieves speed range of worktable via the speed change mechanism of spindle with two gear shifts.
● The frame of machine consists of left and right columns, connecting beams, cross beam, worktable mounting and other components. The structure has advantages of good rigidity and large capacity of loading.The clamping mechanism of beam is a hydraulic locking device with multi-station, it works stably and reliably.
● It takes double tool holders with CNC for the feeding of tool holders. The right tool holder is controlled by CNC system while the left tool holder is controlled by PLC. The horizontal movements of left and right tool holder sliders are in X-axis and U-axis directions, the vertical movements of rams are in Z-axis and W-axis directions, the movements of four axis are driven by servo motors. Ball screws are driven by fixed ratio gears with high precision, that realizes the feeding and rapid movement of tool holders.
● The worktable structure is Symmetrical. Double row short cylinder roller bearing with high precision and adjustable radial clearance is centred at the spindle of worktable. Lead rail with constant current and static pressure is adopted in the axial direction of spindle, worktable is equipped with cooling device for oil temperature control,that makes the worktable rotate in high precision and have large loading capacity. Thermal deformation is tiny.
● In the horizontal direction of vertical tool holder, there are unloading lead rail with static pressure, lead rail combined with rolling and sliding and sliding lead rail. The vertical movement of ram is on another sliding lead rail.
● Siemens or Rexroth system is adopted for CNC system. Customers can select other CNC system.
